Jamal Khashoggi strangled and ‘cut into pieces’ in Saudi consulate: Turkish prosecutor

The prosecutor’s office adds that talks with Saudi Arabia’s chief prosecutor, who had visited Istanbul, had produced “no concrete results” on the killing of Khashoggi.
